Distance Education for VR Professionals (ongoing)

This project involves developing and evaluating a webcourse and a series of webcasts for VR professionals and others who provide workplace accommodations.

Training for Workers with Disabilities (new)

This project involves developing and evaluating a webcourse on accommodation policies and practices to help employees advocate for themselves to improve their employment outcomes.

Post-Secondary Training (ongoing)

Postsecondary Training will include classes and student research in industrial design, engineering, and computer science.

Student Awards Program for Universal Design in Workplace Accommodation (new)

The Workplace Accommodation UD Competition, held in collaboration with NISH, will introduce students to workplace accommodations and UD.

State of the Science Conference on Measuring Participation in the Workplace (new)

Our State of the Science Conference will be held in 2010 in conjunction with the International Conference on Aging, Disability, and Independence (ICADI).
